Come join our Physical and Occupational Therapists virtually for an exercise class tailored to postpartum moms who want to exercise in a safe and supportive environment!
Benefits of exercise after giving birth:

This 45-minute exercise class is led by licensed physical and occupational therapist, and will encourage abdominal and pelvic floor activation, while instructing in exercises based in yoga, strength, Pilates, and high intensity training.
Come get fit with us! Virtual classes are every Thursday from 10:00-11:00am. Please contact the Lactation and Education Center with any questions. Note that email and phone inquiries will only be answered during our office hours, Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm.
